Sizing
We create our products using standard size templates. The products are made from stretchy jersey so comfortable for little ones and it means they will fit babies of all dimensions! It also means they are great for babies who are wearing cloth nappies. If you would like specific details on the measurements of certain sizes please contact us for more information. The ankle cuffs on our leggings are double sided so these can be folded up for babies with shorter legs or those trying to grow into the next size up.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Items take between 10-14 days to make and ship. If two weeks have passed and you have not received your order, please contact us so that we can advise you where your order is.
Once we have the completed order ready it will be shipped by Royal Mail, usually with delivery between 2 – 5 days. If you require your order urgently, please contact us to discuss if this is possible prior to ordering.
If a parcel is considered lost, please ensure you contact us within 28 days of the expected delivery date (45 days from order date). After this time we cannot unfortunately arrange for any refunds for lost parcels. If the parcel is confirmed as lost we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders where an incorrect address was supplied.
Refunds and Exchanges
We carefully check our products prior to shipping them out to you, however in the unlikely even that you should receive a faulty item, it will be replaced at our cost. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange / refund.
If you inadvertently order the wrong size we will exchange the item for you. The product should be returned to us in perfect, unwashed condition within 14 days. This is of course subject to us having the same fabric in stock. We cannot accept returns that show signs of use and/or washing.

The essence of handmade…
Each item we produce is made to order, and made by hand. With any handmade item there will be variations which occur during the production process.
Washing
All the fabric that we use is pre-washed prior to being crafted into our products. We recommend that you wash the fabric according to the washing instructions and leave to air dry. If items are not cared for accordingly this may result in shrinkage and fading of items, for which we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
